Michelle 's Story

"I started my smile journey about three and a half years ago. I had a very large overbite. I had crooked teeth on the top and bottom, some missing teeth. I had a lot of work to do, so I just went step by step through that process. I thought, well it was probably the nicest thing I could do for myself. When I first walked through the door, I felt extremely welcomed and always greeted with a smile. They just made me feel like they were going to take really good care of me, and they did. I knew from the very beginning that I was in good hands with Dr. Nicole. I'm extremely happy with the progress and the outcome of my treatment plan. I used to cover my mouth when I laughed, and now I find myself laughing out loud all the time. I smile a lot, I greet everybody, I hold my head up more, so the change in my confidence and the level of my self esteem is a direct effect of what I have been able to achieve here at Nalchajian Orthodontics and with this team.
