"We refer patients to the Nalchajians just because what we value the most is how our patients are treated. When we do refer somebody out, we think of it as an extension of our own practice, and nobody takes as good care of our patients as we do, and they do an outstanding job of treating our patients like family. We're looking for an extension of our own office—all the things that we value and we strive for with our own office—we need to have from those who we refer out to, and with the Nalchajians, it's there. We never have to worry about it."
