Education & Residency
A distinguished diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Geren’s academic journey is as impressive as her professional dedication. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in 2015, graduating at the top of her class. Her outstanding achievements earned her a spot in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society and a Teaching Assistantship Award. After working as a general dentist in Fresno, Dr. Geren returned to Loma Linda University to complete her Master’s Degree and certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Her graduate research provided valuable insights into pharyngeal airway measurements using advanced imaging techniques.
Certifications
Dr. Geren is an active member of many professional and academic organizations including Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Geren is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. She has been actively involved in various volunteering events such as Give Kids a Smile, CDA Cares, Save Our Smiles, Clinic with the Heart, Compassion Clinic, MEND, and Team Smile. These initiatives reflect her belief in the importance of accessible dental care and community service.
Outside the Office
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Geren is a lover of life’s simple joys. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, diving into a good book, expressing herself through painting, exploring new destinations, and staying active with a game of tennis. Her well-rounded approach to life and career makes her a beloved figure among her patients and peers.
