Eat Delicious Mashed Sweet Potatoes That Are Flavored With Garlic

After you begin to wear braces or Invisalign aligners, your soft oral cavity tissues will feel tender, and it is a good idea to eat soft foods. Mashed potatoes are always an excellent choice because you don’t need to chew the food, but it offers a lot of nutrition. If you get tired of mashed potatoes made from white potatoes, then switch to making mashed sweet potatoes. You boil sweet potatoes with water until the vegetables are ready for adding milk and butter. For additional flavor, add a clove of minced garlic to the sweet potato mixture. It is easy to make extra garlic sweet potato mash to have for the next day or to pack in a container for your lunch.
